Chuck Tomlin is a Shareholder in the LBMC Tax practice with over 30 years experience in tax.

He is primarily responsible for overseeing all tax-related services for a variety of clients, several of whom he has served for at least fifteen years.

Chuck serves as an internal training resource and has been a speaker at LBMC sponsored events as well as for various local business organizations.

Chuck serves primarily privately-held companies and their owners, including businesses in several different industries:

  • Construction
  • Healthcare
  • Manufacturing
  • Retail

Chuck serves several clients with international operations as well as U.S. businesses owned by international parent companies. He has provided consultation and analysis for both buyers and sellers of businesses as well as representation before the IRS and various state taxing authorities.
