Michelle Endres is the Chief People Officer at LBMC, PC and steers all human resources functions.

She has more than 20 years of human resources expertise in the corporate offices of Kraft Foods, Mars, Alliance Healthcare and Qualifacts.

As the Chief People Officer, she is a key member of the executive leadership team, helping drive alignment of organizational strategy and the corresponding talent agenda. Her role includes talent acquisition strategies, team member engagement and retention, performance management, rewards and recognition, learning and leadership development, diversity, benefits, change management and team member communications.
