Nicolette Newby

Nicolette Newby is a Recruiting Associate with a focus on permanent placements for Accounting and Finance professionals. She has been with LBMC Staffing Solutions for over 2 years now, beginning as a part time Recruiting Assistant and transitioning into a Recruiting Associate role once earning her Bachelor’s in Management and Marketing from Lipscomb University.

The first candidate Nicolette helped place was a working mom who had been commuting an hour to work. After working with LBMC Staffing Solutions, she was able to reduce her commute and, for the first time ever, pick up her children from school. Once Nicolette saw the impact recruiting could have, she was hooked! Her favorite part about her position is exposing people to new opportunities that can do as little as affirm them or their current position, or as much as changing their life.
